Yes, you can, just take the inner baskets out from the planters.
Thanks.
If you plant living plants, then it will bring some humidity to the wall, also you need to water the plants, so it will contribute a certain extent of humidity.
Thanks,
Not yet. We have other colors in grey and terracotta, selling in individual sets, you can search "Worth Garden vertical planters", they will pop up.
Thanks.
In the picture, there are 12 sets of planters in 3 columns and 4 rows, so the dimensions are 54" (L) x 6"(W) x 28" (H).
Thanks.
No. The planters need to be secured on a wall or a frame. There are holes in the back of the planters that you can put screws, nails or tie strings through, to secure the planters.
Thanks.
No, it is not necessary. You can do whatever you wish as long as you like the look.
Thanks.
Test the soil to make sure the plants don't dry out.

Answer 1: Yes, in fact, they are designed for both indoor and outdoor growth.
thanks, Ted
Answer 2: Yea
geekeldr
For indoors, it is necessary to put a plastic sheet on the floor to prevent the floor from getting wet, try avoiding the water from wetting the wall might reduce the chance of getting mold.
Thanks. Ted
Answer 1: The overflow water will drip down to the floor. If you are using the planters indoor, then please have a plastic cover/containers on the floor to prevent the floor from getting wet.
Thanks. Ted
Answer 2: It will stream down both if you put too much water. I hung them on a lattice so water trickles down the lattice to the ground.
City Gal
Answer 1: We suggest from the top down. If you run out of the space in the bottom, it will look better than running out of space from the top. Thanks. Ted
Answer 2: I have started on the bottom first, it worked great!
Mecho
Answer 3: It comes with screws to anchor into the fence. I used metal over the door hooks to hand in my fence and coated wire to attach each section to one another. It works well as an alternative.
KissMyBook
Answer 1: We suggest that you spray water onto the plant from top to bottom, but not with a heavy volume of water. Thanks. Ted
Answer 2: Todavía no lo he instalado, espero instalar en los próximos 2 meses
Edwin E. Vives-romanini
No need for pots. The kit comes with inserts for the soil. Mounting tools not included.

Yes! Each planter with 3 pockets covers 17 in x 7 in area that is 0.85 sq ft, in the photo, there are 6 planters, so 6 x 0.85 = 5.1 square feet. The planters are fine to grow vegetables as we will be doing the same!
KissMyBook
Each planter set has 3 pockets, each pocket is 7"(L) x 7"(W) x 6"(H). To calculate the set dimension , use the above figures x 3 (each set has 3 pockets). To calculate the total area dimension, use the set dimension x 12. (this model has 12 sets).
Thanks. Ted
Answer 1: You can attach a timer to a watering device
Stuart Goldstein D.O.
Answer 2: No, it is not. Thanks.
There is no plug to connect the rows, the planters are hung on different levels, please check the installation manual for details, thanks, Ted
They probably mean polypropylene, common food / lab / etc plastic. No toxin load to mention.

Answer 1: 41.3 wide, 7 deep, 37 high as it says in the 3rd picture...
Simon W.
Answer 2: About 3.5' x 3.5'. Thanks. Ted
Answer 1: As the top containers fill with water the excess drips down to the container below. This sounds good but I've thrown the tube away and have had better luck simply watering each plant as needed.
Justin Evans
Answer 2: Your garden hose attaches to a long thin hose that sits along the top of the containers. Essentially the water trickles down from top to bottom through the holes in each layer of containers.
KissMyBook
Answer 3: I have not assembled mine yet. I would call the manufacturing company.
No, you can plant them next to each other to create a plant line or a window base.
Luis Rodriguez
Answer 1: Yes it does come with a watering system
Ed Manongdo
Answer 2: I have NO idea how this works. No instructions were included no support numbers either.
cecilia mccarthy
Answer 1: Yes, it does, that is the design, so the water drips down from top layers to bottom layers.
Thanks. Ted
Answer 2: I installed a gutter under the bottom row
Stuart Goldstein D.O.
Yes, you can, just make sure you have a plastic cover on the floor preventing the water from wetting the floor. Thanks. Ted
You can buy inserts and plugs in the accessories menu bar.
Yes or you risk the outlets getting plugged up.
mach1
Answer 1: Yes you can, but if you mount them perfectly vertically it will probably spill at least a bit. You could lean each row back slightly I suppose.
I don't use the hose anymore, and just water each unit separately, but it is outdoors and I don't care if it gets messy.
RSDeuce
Answer 2: I do, just use a watering can. It will drip out the bottom if you really fill it, but I just have a little bucket down there when I water.
DWolvin
Answer 3: Absolutely. That's how I water all the time.
Monica Hodgetts
Answer 1: You can plant directly in the containers once they are mounted. They did not come with hardware but all is needed are simple screws and a cross point screw driver I recommend since they are easier to get a good grip as opposed to slotted screws. Went up very quick. You may want to ask in advance for some directions from the seller. Each pot has an insert that has something to do with automatic watering systems and how to hook up to those.
I really like the product and am an avid gardener and have a home greenhouse,
The navigator
Answer 2: No need pots. The kit comes with inserts for the soil. You will need your own tools for mounting to the wall.
Gan Li Lian
Answer 3: No tools does come with screws/Molly’s for wood walls you can just add soil/moss to pockets I used small pots so debris wouldn’t go into drain ports
David Price
Answer 4: You put the soil right into the system pockets and it comes with anchoring screws and a drip system.
Susan K. Brenner
Answer 5: You use the planter to plant. There are holes to put YOUR hooks through. If you have siding, Amazon sells aluminum hooks that slide between siding panels without damage.
Towson Nana
Probably from the worth company. I used plastic 2" grow pots inside the plastic pots.
Diana Blanke
As big as you want it to be
geekeldr
Not in the near future, that's more for Hypotonic growth. Thanks. Ted
No, the bottom containers will not hold the overflow water completely.. It is necessary to have a plastic sheet or containers on the floor to prevent it from getting wet.
Thanks. Ted

Other Questions About Flower Pots
If there is no irrigation system set up for the planters, then the water flow amount cannot be adjusted. We recommend users to spray water onto the plants, try avoiding heavy flow of water since it might hurt the plants or the flowers. Thanks. Ted
Answer 1: When you say "test" did you have soil in it? The design IS so that water will run out and water the plants below. I found I had to water regularly as being elevated and in sun it dried out but not because it didn't get soaked at watering.
Towson Nana
Answer 2: It does pool in the bottom. I’ve noticed there is one small hole it will run out of if they are tilted forward. My plants have not suffered from this.
Star Heaven
Answer 3: You may want to look at the self watering system literature. It is great that is pools there and not the roots sitting in the water. I think your ultimate source for the educated answer will be in those directions.

Answer 2: 3.5' x 3.5', thanks. Ted
Answer 1: The planters have to be hung on a wall or a board. Thy cannot be free standing.
Thanks. Ted
Answer 2: 4x4 and plywood. Create a sign style rig and voila!!!!
Luis Rodriguez
Answer 1: This is a difficult question. We do not carry the item you need. You might try using a plastic bucket that holds water and use a pump to supply water to the piping fixture. Regarding the mold, this is not easy to avoid, unless all the apparatus is cleaned frequently. Another way to avoid the hassle is just using a water sprayer to water the plants/flowers in the planters, as long as you can reach them.
Thanks. Ted
Answer 2: I use a raised water tank set up on a sprinkler solenoid. It will fill the grow boxes reservoirs and the overflow goes to a raised grow bed. If youre worried about mold you could use a highly diluted hydrogen peroxide. It will remove some of the soil bacteria as well but the extra oxygen thats released is beneficial. Just make sure its not strong enough to damage your plants roots.
GuyinaRedShirt
Answer 3: You would need to ask the seller, get super creative or hand water. Mine drip everywhere when watered.
Cameron Kelley
Yes, you can, as long as the strawberries do not become too big and too heavy for the planters to hold.
Answer 1: I believe it fits the 1 quart size pots from the nursery .
Jay Reynolds
Answer 2: about 1 pund per each plant
MIGUEL A.
Answer 1: You could if you wish. The bottom of planters are suppose to collect water, that is part of the self watering concept, it allows the water to drip down slowly from top layers to lower layers, also provides moisture to the plants in the planters.
Thanks. Ted
Answer 2: They come with removable drain plugs that you can remove to drain.
KissMyBook
Answer 1: Each planter is 18” long x 7” high and holds three 4” pots. The approximate size of the 9 pocket system is @ 18”w x 21”h installed and the 36 pocket system @ 42”w x 42” h installed.
LakeAnn
Answer 2: Once you interlock one with the other the size will go from 7 in to 5 in. So for each interlocked line calculate 5 in.
Luis Rodriguez
Answer 1: I was not able to fit 6" pots/plants in. It's the right size for 4".
Truth Be Told
Answer 2: 4 in pots best - i use felt packaging of plants
Stuart Goldstein D.O.
Answer 3: It might fit, but will be tight, thanks. Ted
Answer 4: I don’t think so, I think 4” is the biggest that will fit
DAVE
You use the hose for the top row. The bottoms of the planters have a reservoir with raised holes. When the reservoir fills with water, the overflow drips into the planters below. You only need plugs at the end of the row.
Susan K. Brenner
Answer 1: Most stores like Home Depot or Lowes will have drip system supplies that are the same as the kit that comes with the hangers
GuyinaRedShirt
Answer 2: You can buy the accessories you need on the website worthgardenshop.com
Some overflow to the wood fence can happen but the design makes the occurrence less likely. To be sure, you can attached tubing to the outlets at the bottom of the setup to drain.

Not in our climate... hot, and humidity around 10%
Svitlana Parsons
Answer 1: The water should accumulate in the bottom of the pod, The water should drip down slowly to the lower level planters, that is why they ae called self watering planters As long as there is not a lot of water, then there should not be a mosquito infestation problem. Thanks. Ted
Answer 2: I planted directly into the pockets - there were no issues with water being held in the pockets due to the drainage holes already there.
Towson Nana
Answer 1: You can put the nursery pots inside the planter pockets, the opening is about 5" x5 x5. Thanks. Ted
Answer 2: I have not used them yet, I am growing herbs from seeds, they have to grow before I can use them, but they are up on the wall and look amazing, mine r white. When I do, I was going to transplant right into the bin, they are designed for it. If you want to use pots inside them I’m sure u can, they just have to fit. I want mine all year around, so I’ll direct plant them into the pods when they r ready
lisa fryer
Answer 3: Get 4" pots and just plop them in.
SF
Answer 4: I do not think you can
barbara h.
People used the platers to grow strawberries, tomatoes & etc. However, it might be too cold to leave the strawberries outdoor in NY winter season. The planters can be used indoor, this could be an option.
Thanks. Ted
Yes. I didn't use the drip system. I used a small watering can with a long spout.
Diana Blanke
I grew herbs, radishes, kale, marigolds and lettuce. Then I transplanted them.

Answer 1: They are not translucent. Thanks. Ted
Answer 2: Opaque
Stuart Goldstein D.O.
Answer 1: The planters need to be secured on the wall with nails or screws. Thanks. Ted
Answer 2: each section of pots is independently supported. I built a frame that you can anchor at the top
GuyinaRedShirt
Answer 3: Each row has to be anchored separately.
Susan K. Brenner
Answer 4: you need to secure 3 rows -- I did not and the middle tumbled out
barbara h.
Answer 1: Esthetically, that is your choice. Pragmatically, the "pots" are fully formed as one and could be left empty, if you liked. I would caution that the holes to attach them are small, so having one of the "pots" empty might cause a balance issue - if you didn't plant it, you may wish to at least fill it with soil.
Towson Nana
Answer 2: You can try to water from the top and let the top row drain on the row under the top row. But I use a small watering can and water in the morning and let the evening dew water them at night. I don't think they drop much.
Diana Blanke
Answer 1: I would recommend mounting them to a board-plywood or something more aesthetically pleasing, with screws. Then mount that board to studs in the wall.
This will minimize the number of holes in the wall and protect the sheet rock from moisture.
mach1
Answer 2: Please consider securing wood frames on the wall, then secure the planters onto the wood frames.
Thanks. Ted
Answer 1: Realistically, I don't think this will grow "ANY" or all vegetables in a healthy way. Some vegetables would grow in a stunted way, while others would flourish. A single zuchini or cucumber plant easily needs a minimum of 3ft x 3ft root space to be healthy and large, but zuchini can be grown in much smaller locations, stunted and with its production limited. (Corm would be out of the question unless you tied them to supports) However, lettuces, herbs, small determinate Patio variety tomatoes, miniature eggplants, Japanese eggplants, rainbow/swiss chard, spinach, steawberries, onions, garlic, green beans and similar types of veggies and flowers with smaller root systems would be possible to grow in these pots with the right kind of soil amendments and pruning to allow the root system to support healthy growth and fruit production on the plants. Also, some of the herbs, flowers, fruits, and veggies that grow as perennials would not likely survive freezing winter temps in a vertical planter in the same way they would with deeper soil and over wintering protections in place.
Teresa Dupuis
Answer 2: It can grow any plants, vegetables, fruits & etc. As long as you move them out when they become too big & heavy for the planters to hold.
Thanks. Ted
Answer 3: I'm not sure, but I just installed it and it's quite shallow. I'm trying a tomato in the lower tier, however Toms have deep roots. I have strawberries and herbs mostly right now.

Each planter pocket is 6" x 7" x 7".
I am not the seller I am a personal buyer.
The navigator
The planter is light, so it depends on the weight of the plant and soil in the planter to determine if they can be mounted on the vinyl fence. You can also tie the planters onto the fence, there is a hole on each planter pocket for string or wire to go through, it might work.
Thanks. Ted
Answer 1: The planter pocket is 7" (L) x 6" (W) x 5" (H). They can be used to grow vegetables; however, the vegetable cannot be big and too heavy. Thanks. Ted
Answer 2: Herbs yes, veggies I doubt it. They are not much more than 6 inches in diameter
Jen M.
Answer 1: If you could put the watering hoses close enough to the top, and on the discharge side add hoses to go to the next level below. Then at the bottom you would need to have a collection tube collect the water that does not stay in the system. You might have to put some backing behind it that would protect the wall because it is not perfect.
Sheila Henderson
Answer 2: You need to cover the floor with a plastic sheet, otherwise, the floor will get wet.
Thanks. Ted
You can, there are holes in the bottom of the planters, you can use metal strings to tie the planters to the fence.
Thanks. Ted
The planters can be used for soil or hydroponics growth. Please check with hydronics supplies on the media to use based on the plants you wish to grow.
Thanks. Ted
Answer 1: The item has 12 sets of 3 pockets planters. Each 3 pockets set is 18" x 7". If you hang the planters as 4 sets horizontally and 3 rows vertically, then the total area is 72" x 21" (18 x4 + 7 x 3). So, the board should be 76" x 25".
Thanks. Ted
Answer 2: I used strapping 1/2 by 3

Answer 1: I did not plant any cherry tomatoes. I planted vines in the hanging pots which hung easily on a lattice wall. The pot had enough room to transfer the vine with roots to pot.
City Gal
Answer 2: Really not suited for plants with large root system or heavy fruit. Best use is to decorate with pops if color from annuals such as pansies. Need watering every day.
Towson Nana
Answer 3: It is too shallow.
barbara h.
Answer 4: Yes, as long as you transfer the produce tto other pots when they grow too big for the planter pockets.
Thanks. Ted
The 9 pockets that I purchased (3 sets of 3 pockets) stacked vertically filled about 3 feet by 3 feet square or 9 square feet A safe estimate is 108 pockets.
The planter pocket is 7" x 6 x7/each pocket. Thanks. Ted
The screws can be used outdoor. You can try #2 bit. Please see if it fits first before drilling.
Yes, they can. There are holes in the back of the planters, you an secure the planters on the rail by tying wires or plastic strings & etc.
I think they are about 2 ft. wide.
Diana Blanke
Call the company, I'm sure they stand by their product and will send you what was missing.
Diana Blanke
As long as the water level isn't high enough to keep the soil wet. This could lead to root rot.
It would be best to drill out the outlet tubes and let them drain.
mach1
There is no definete answers to your question. The water should drip down slowly from top layers to lower layers. Overflow of water is not recommended.
Each pocket can hold about 0.16 cubic foot of soil. 0.16 x 36 = 5.8 cubic feet. Thanks. Ted
We suggest 5 lbs per pocket. 5 inches pot is the maximum that will fit into the pocket. Thanks. Ted
The planter has an tilted angle design, so the water will remain in the bottom ans slowly dripping down.
Assuming you meant brick wall, if so, suggest wood frames are secured to the wall, then secure the plantets onto the woid frames by nails or screws
I did not receive any extra parts. do not know if the sell them.
barbara h.
Depending on the plants in the planters, if the plants can withstand the constant flow of water, then OK; if not,, then not a good idea to keep the water flowing. Thanks. Ted
